Do you deliver?

Yes! We deliver from Monday to Saturday from 9am. Please note we only deliver online orders within 45km of our studio in Clayton, Melbourne. If your recipient’s address is outside of our delivery zone, please get in touch and we’ll let you know if we can make it happen!

What days do you deliver?

We deliver Monday to Saturday from 9am every week. Delivery is scheduled between 9 am and 6 pm AEST.

What time will the flowers be delivered?

Delivery time is usually between 9-5pm. If you require the blooms to be delivered at a specific time please notify us at least 24 hours notice. Note that this may incur additional fees. 

How do I keep track of my delivery?

A confirmation email will be sent out to you once the order is on the way and once again after it's been delivered.

Do you deliver to the hospital?

Yes, we do! However, you must ensure the hospitals are accepting flowers to avoid redelivery charges.

What if no one is home?

We will try our best to leave the blooms at a safe and shady spot if no one’s home. If there isn’t a safe spot, the blooms will be taken back to our studio. We’ll give you a call to arrange redelivery! Please note additional redelivery fees will apply.  


What if I made a mistake with delivery address?

We advise that you contact us immediately. It is the purchasers’ responsibility to ensure all goods delivered to secure addresses (e.g. apartments and units) will be received by the recipient. In situation where the there is no one to receive the blooms, GIA STUDIO will leave the blooms at the safest spot away from sun exposure. Unsuccessful deliveries will result in the goods being returned to GIA STUDIO which will incur additional fees to the purchaser. Collection of goods from GIA STUDIO is available as an option.

Can I order something outside of your collection?

Can I edit or add to an order?

If you wish to change anything on your order, please get in touch with your order number handy and we’ll do our best to accommodate! 

Returns / Cancellations


Should you need to cancel your order, the full amount will be refunded, ONLY IF notice is received by GIA STUDIO a minimum of 48 hours prior to the scheduled delivery date. Cancellations received with less than 48 hours’ notice prior to the date of delivery will be charged 50% of the total order value (excluding delivery fees). We are unable to cancel orders that have already been created and are in the process of being delivered.

Return and refund

GIA STUDIO handles return and processes refunds in accordance with the Australian Consumer Protection legislation.

Products sold on this website are a perishable, natural items and the flowers' life span is dependent on species, resulting in some flower varieties lasting longer than others. Flowers are a product of nature; availability is dependent on season and markets. As a result, not all goods produced will be exactly as pictured on, by accepting these terms and conditions you are acknowledging there may be discrepancies between images and produced goods.

GIA STUDIO blooms can be expected to last between 4-7 days if they well looked after. Flower caring instruction can be found at Flower Care. GIA STUDIO is not responsible for lack of care once delivered.

GIA STUDIO must be notified of requests for refunds within three (3) days of delivery. GIA STUDIO will not accept returns based on change of mind or design. In cases of flowers perishing within three (3) days of purchase and all care instructions have been followed or if GIA STUDIO produced the incorrect goods, GIA STUDIO will provide a replacement or refund. The value of the replacement or refund is at the discretion of GIA STUDIO. GIA STUDIO reserves the right to request images of original goods for our records. Replacement flowers will not be sent if the original goods have been disposed of or if images have not been produced for evidence. 


GIA STUDIO does not offer refunds if incorrect delivery information has been given to us. It is the sender’s responsibility to provide accurate delivery instructions. GIA STUDIO will get in touch to discuss options such as redelivery of goods (with an additional fee) or collection from the studio.


GIA STUDIO cannot guarantee the exact colour or variations of any flowers shown in images and substitutions may be necessary. This may be due to a number of reasons that are not possible to predict, like seasonal or colour availability. If a substitution is required GIA STUDIO will make a reasonable effort to inform the sender in advance. This may not always be possible due to time constraints, and GIA STUDIO may go ahead with the substitutions without notifying the sender to prevent delays.

In the case of a substitution GIA STUDIO guarantees to always substitute flowers of equal or higher value and will keep with the original style chosen.
